2023 NFL Draft: Final Grades for All 32 Teams

The 2023 NFL Draft has come to an end, and it's time to assess how each team fared. I've given each team a quick-snap grade based on their decisions from all three days of the draft.
Here are my final grades for all 32 teams:

These grades are based on a number of factors, including the overall talent of each draft class, the fit of each player with his new team, and the value of each pick. I also took into account the needs of each team and how well they addressed those needs.
